An important part of World Kidney Day is looking to the future. By looking forward we set our expectations and so we invite you to share these with us on World Kidney Day.

We would like you to make a wish and to write it down here. You could wish for something that could be improved in services for kidney disease, something that would make your life better.

If you send us this wish, it will be placed with others in a time capsule that will be sealed at the House of Commons on World Kidney Day. This capsule will remain sealed for five years to be reopened in 2013, when all of the wishes will be read and we hope will have been granted.
